Refusal Of Service:

Maxy.n.cheese reserves the right to deny any customer service for reasons to be determined by Maxy.n.cheese.
This includes: if the commissioner is rude, threatening, or unreasonable.
Harassment, determined by Maxy.n.cheese, is not tolerated in any way.
If the costumer displays ANY harassment of any sort, Maxy.n.cheese reserves the right to drop the project

Payments:

GOOD NEWS! I accept payment plans on items $250 (or higher). I require a 40% down payment upfront. Final payments must be received BEFORE start of ANY commission. The commissioner is guaranteed security through PayPal's good's and services system.

Duct Tape Dummy Requirements and Tutorials:
All commission that have legs, or a body suit must send in duct tape dummy. You cant find a tutorial on how to make them on YouTube.
Please note that duct tape dummies must be built durably.
The best way to do this is to layer it. We are not responsible for duct tape dummies falling apart during the construction process. it is the commissioner’s responsibility to redo it if it happens to do so.
DTD's MUST be taped back together, NEATLY, and without over lapping the edges before being shipped to me! If a DTD arrives that has not been taped together or has been taped back together weakly (as in it will break apart if I stuff it) you will have to redo it, and reship it to me.
When making your DTD, Keep your arms at as straight as possible and tape as close to your arm pit as possible. Not doing so will result in lower mobility of your arms. We WILL NOT be responsible for ill fitting suits due to poor DTD construction.

Commissioners must be at least 16 years of age to commission Maxy.n.cheese. parental consent is required
for those who are under the age of 18.
Last minute changes?:

Shipping:
Shipping is NOT included in the price for any suit work. This includes commissions, refurbishments or repairs.
At this time, we DO ship internationally! :)
Shipping will be charged after the suit is finished,
Shipping will start at $50 and will go up depending on how big your commission is, and where you live.

Concept art and Reference sheets:
It is required that a colored concept is provided by the commissioner prior to sending in a form, UNLESS your form is artistic liberty, in that case please email me @maxy.n.cheese .
